EL FENÓMENO DEL DOBLE SELLADO EN DOLIA DEL NORDESTE PENINSULAR

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this paper is to assess the challenges in understanding the stamp phenomenon in dolia, particularly focusing on vessels bearing two stamps. Along with the suggestion of a hypothesis regarding the purpose of these stamps, the study provides a description of the marked sherds from the Catalan region. Beyond the formal description, an attempt is made to associate the individuals linked with these stamps with those referenced in the monumental epigraphy of the cities of Barcino and Tarraco, as well as in amphorae epigraphy. Si fuera así, el sello encontrado en la uilla de La Salut (Sabadell, Vallès Occidental), en el cual se puede leer FELIX (Fecit) (Carreras, 2019a, n· 103), debería ir acompañado de un sello con el tria nomina del propietario, el cual no apareció durante las excavaciones.
