DOUGLAS DALGLEISH admits he may have to build a new stand to cope with fan fever.
The Dumbarton chairman celebrated promotion with a heartfelt thank you to his growing support.
Dalgleish said: "The hard work starts now. We've ended the season on such a high that it will be difficult to come down.
"The way the people of Dumbarton have turned out is fantastic and if we maintain this level of support we might have to consider building another stand. But to do that we need Lottery money."
Dalgleish also praised manager Tam Carson, who had to put up with some stick when it looked like Dumbarton might have blown their chances.
The chairman added: "The proof is in the pudding.
