Abstract

Conference Title: 2025 6th International Conference on Energy Power and Automation Engineering (ICEPAE)

Conference Start Date: 2025 July 25

Conference End Date: 2025 July 27

Conference Location: Zhengzhou, China

Based on 5G+IoT technology, this paper optimizes the traditional through-hole insertion process through device surface placement and through-hole reflux technology, integrates the complete sets of equipment of the decentralized control system, and builds an intelligent manufacturing system covering four system units, including surface placement, testing, three-defense and assembly. Relying on key technologies such as multi-data real-time acquisition and perception technology and multi-machine collaborative unit interactive control technology, the efficient, high-quality and intelligent production mode of complete sets of decentralized control system equipment is realized. This model realizes complete sets and batch flow operations, promotes the transformation of the production process to less humanized and unmanned, and improves the intelligent manufacturing level of complete sets of decentralized control system equipment.
