Equipping Leaders for Planting Healthy Churches in North Temuco, Chile

Abstract

El propósito de este proyecto parte de la premisa de que los plantadores de la Iglesia Temuco Norte, necesitan orientar sus esfuerzos hacia el cuidado integral de pastores y líderes, considerando este aspecto como eje fundamental para la consolidación de una iglesia saludable. El proyecto consistió en capacitar a los líderes mediante sesiones estructuradas, fundamentadas en principios bíblicos integrales. Los objetivos contemplaron la comprensión del rol de los líderes plantadores y el fortalecimiento de su labor, tanto en la edificación saludable de la iglesia como en su desarrollo personal como agentes de evangelización en su propio contexto.

The purpose of this project is based on the premise that the planters of the Temuco Norte Church need to focus their efforts on the comprehensive care of pastors and leaders, considering this aspect as fundamental to the consolidation of a healthy church. The project consisted of training leaders through structured sessions based on comprehensive biblical principles. The objectives included understanding the role of church planters and strengthening their work, both in the healthy edification of the church and in their personal development as agents of evangelism in their own context.
