Abstract

This work is a comparative study of the techniques of Argentinian, French and Italian artisanal winemakers after interviews. This study will be about technical aspects of winegrowing and transformation of the fruits into wine, but also about conceptual notions such as terroir, esthetics, but also sustainability. We will also deal with the transmission of knowledge and the importance of sociability, as well as the business models of those producers.
