Abstract

The relationship between artificial intelligence (AI) technology, human–computer interactive industrial robots, and labor employment was analyzed through a psychological lens, thereby laying a foundation for examining how to balance labor employment with the challenges of AI. In addition, the study analyzed the pressure of a fiercely competitive market and its effects on employment and labor. To do this, the product coefficient method and bootstrap method were used to test effects, and the Cobb-Douglas function was used to verify the influence quantity. Finally, the grey GM (1,1) model was used to predict influence of AI on employment.
