Aquarium to host open house, tours
The 70th anniversary of Cabrillo Marine Aquarium will be celebrated Saturday with an open house.
Visitors can tour new interactive exhibits at the San Pedro facility from 2 to 4 p.m. and also see the $10 million expansion dedicated in October that includes the S. Mark Taper Foundation Courtyard and Exploration Center, the aquatic nursery, and the Virginia Reid Moore Marine Research Library.
