SCOT film maker Ara Paiaya may be on the brink of Hollywood stardom.
The 25-year-old has been billed as Scotland's answer to Jackie Chan.
Paiaya, whose first martial arts film was made for pounds 100, has landed a movie deal with Sony.
The self-taught film-maker wrote, directed and starred in Dubbed and Dangerous 1 and 2, which were shot in his home city of Aberdeen.
The first film was shown on Sky Movies and Paiaya was profiled in film magazines and by Jonathan Ross on BBC TV.
