A BUS company is under investigation over bad service just weeks after vowing it will be the biggest in Merseyside.
Gillmoss-based Glenvale Transport (GTL) has received a formal letter from the Government's Traffic Commissioner claiming around half of its buses are running late.
The warning comes less than two months after GTL, launched just two years ago, bought CMT buses of Aintree in a deal believed to be worth several million pounds.
The letter from the TrafficCommissioner claims approximately 50pc of GTL services are running out of the acceptable "reliability window" -one minute early and five minutes late.
