THE National Assembly suffered yet another blow yesterday after one of its rising stars, Labour deputy minister Delyth Evans, announced she was leaving to spend more time with her family.
She joins a number of talented individuals, including senior figures from Plaid Cymru, who have announced they are leaving Cardiff Bay at the 2003 election.
