Abstract
Vineco International Products Ltd., a subsidiary of Andrew Peller Limited, is one of Canada's leading manufacturers of consumer-made wine products. From its manufacturing facility in St. Catharines, Ontario, Vineco produces over 140 different styles of wine kits under 8 different brands. The company's award-winning premium brands include KenRidge Founder's Series, KenRidge Showcase, and KenRidge Classic. Complementing these premium brands are Vinterra, Legacy, European Select, California Connoisseur and Niagara Mist. The company also produces beer kits under the Brewers Spring and Brew Canada brands. Vineco wholesales its products to independent Retail and Wine-on-Premise stores across Canada and exports its products to the United States and the United Kingdom.
