De Rigueurmortis (Festival/Mushroom)
If it's a big slice of general-purpose malice you're after, TISM has just delivered. In an epic 71-minute, 31-track rampage through the backyards of youth culture, suburbia, pop music, reality TV and the rave scene, they've skipped the fence, stolen the beer and trashed the house.
Their weapons of choice are, as usual, pinched from the forces they despise - frantic electronic dance beats, big bass - but while their special brand of nihilism is as unrelenting as ever, musically there's not much here you haven't heard. Bearing in mind their objective of perverting the course of music, this probably proves their point. Besides, it's hard to resist anything with a title like Ten Points for a Razor Scooter .
