MADONNA (right) scores this week's chart reality check. On paper her GHV2 best-of looked like a monty for global No. 1 status. However Westlife's World of Our Own beats her to No. 1 in the UK this week, and she's outsold by Bob the Builder and Kylie here. Sales have been hindered by a distinct lack of promotion by Madonna, and the fact there are no new songs and no single from the compilation means fans don't need to rush out and buy it. Which they haven't. However it should sell well over Christmas.
