A 19th-century carousel that had been a family favourite at Melbourne Zoo for almost 40 years is having a make-over to recall its glory days
ONE of Melbourne Zoo's oldest attractions is defying the trend to modernise the Parkville attraction.
The zoo's 19th-century carousel-a happy childhood memory for generations of Victorians-is being restored.
