MATTHEW Bode continued his stellar AFL preseason by kicking four goals and inspiring Adelaide to a 26-point victory against Geelong in a practice match at Murray Bridge yesterday.
The Crows won 10.14 (74) to 7.6 (48) in sweltering conditions before a crowd of 4000 at Johnstone Park.
Bode kicked a goal in each quarter to continue his fine form in his second season after crossing from Port Adelaide. He made the most of opportunities from a dominant midfield led by Tyson Stenglein and Michael Doughty.
