(TSX:GDS) has announced a Normal Course Issuer Bid for a maximum of 749,014 of its Common shares with purchases commencing on January 10, 2007. During the month ended January 31, 2007, Gendis Inc. purchased 10,000 of its Common shares for a total consideration of $21,200.00. Total purchases since the Normal Course Issuer Bid commenced up to January 31, 2007 are 10,000 Common shares for a total consideration of $21,200.00.
Also, Gendis Inc. has announced a Normal Course Issuer Bid for a maximum of 765,799 of its Common Shares with purchases commencing on January 6, 2006. During the period January 1 - January 5, 2007, Gendis Inc. purchased 29,300 of its Common shares for a total consideration of $63,581.00. Total purchases since the Normal Course Issuer Bid commenced up to its expiry on January 5, 2007 were 335,700 Common shares for a total consideration of $774,667.
