In a place like Wisconsin Dells where there is so much to do, it's easy to overlook other attractions like the Seth Peterson Cottage near Mirror Lake State Park.
"The tours are fun and the cottage is quite a unique thing to see," said Claire Barnett, president of the Seth Peterson Cottage Conservancy.
The cottage is a Frank Lloyd Wright design and carries an interesting history.
"The cottage almost wasn't built and faced demolition more than once," Barnett said.
Seth Peterson grew up in Black Earth and knew Frank Lloyd Wright. Peterson hoped to be an apprentice to Wright but to his dismay Wright was at the height of an astounding career and was sought by apprentices from around the world.
