St. Louis officials and the owners of the Admiral are still playing a cat-and-mouse game over whether the casino is going to put up the $5 million it must pay to move north on the riverfront.
And St. Louis Entertainment Ventures, a casino company with a lease tied to the $5 million deal, is running out of patience.
All that may be resolved Friday when Mayor Freeman Bosley Jr. and John E. Connelly, chairman of the group that owns the Admiral, are scheduled to meet at City Hall.
