ST. JOSEPH--Zenith Data Systems said Wednesday 120 laid-off hourly workers will be recalled next month to make personal computers for the Air Force and commercial customers.
But the good news was overshadowed by word that the jobs of 140 white-collar employees will be eliminated in the product group here as part of an ongoing effort to streamline operations.
The recalled manufacturing workers are expected to be on the job by July 12, the company said.
