LAGOS, Nigeria, July 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- North American Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of World Air Holdings, Inc. (OTC: WLDA.PK), today launched scheduled service between Lagos, Nigeria and New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport. The inaugural flight departed Lagos after special ceremonies at Murtala Muhammed Airport. North American, which is the only U.S. airline operating nonstop scheduled service between Africa and the United States, now offers three weekly round-trip flights between Lagos and New York with Boeing 767-300ER aircraft.

* Depart JFK - 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday
* Arrive Lagos - 6:45 a.m. Wednesday, Friday, Monday
Lagos to JFK
* Depart Lagos - 11:55 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday
* Arrive JFK - 6:25 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday
