Abstract
The acquisition of Toptech, if completed, would enable GCO to become the Canadian leader in continuous improvement of efficiency of Canadian and Quebec businesses, and in lean production, which is also known as Impact-Kaizen. Toptech offers industrial engineering solutions that enable businesses to save time, space and money. In Quebec alone, Toptech annually completes more than 500 mandates and training programs in the manufacturing sector. With this acquisition, GCO will have offices in Toronto, France, Switzerland, Tunisia, Vermont and Florida.
