XTM eXchange Split Corp. Extends Exchange Option Deadline

Abstract

XTM eXchange Split Corp. ("XTM Split") announced today that the deadline for investors to deposit securities of TSX Group Inc. in connection with the purchase of Units, consisting of Priority Equity Shares and Class A Shares, of the Company pursuant to the Exchange Option, as outlined in the preliminary prospectus of the Company dated April 30, 2008, has been extended to 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on June 11, 2008.
