Abstract
(Marketwire - Feb. 25, 2009) - Meridex Software Corporation ("Meridex" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:MSC) announced today its completion of the acquisition of the Calgoo Software division of Time Search Inc., a privately-owned provider of in-calendar marketing solutions, for consideration of $175,000 paid in common shares of Meridex Software (TSX VENTURE:MSC). The shares will be subject to a 4 month hold period expiring June 23, 2009 and the transaction is subject to TSX approval.
