SHE thought her dreams were over when she was knocked out of the X Factor.
But now Geordie singer Amie Buck is hoping to become a chart-topping queen with her new girl band.
The 23-year-old, who just missed out on making it to the final 24 in X Factor last year, was born to be on stage.
Now the former Miss Newcastle finalist has teamed up with Madison Welch, from Birmingham, Sophia Chan, from Chester, and Casey Batchelor, from Essex, to start up a group to rival Girls Aloud.
The band, whose manager formerly looked after group Liberty X from the 2001 ITV show Popstars, will be deciding on their name on Friday.
