LONDONDERRY, N. H. -BASED RIDE-AWAY GAVE THE KEYS TO ONE OF ITS FULL SIZE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE VANSTO 13-YEAR-OLD ISAIAH GOMEZ and his family in July. Gómez, of Manchester, N. H., suffered two setbacks early on in life: He was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy when he was 4 years old, and his mother was killed in a motor vehicle accident shortly after his diagnosis. He lives with his aunt, Sandy Daneault. While a transportation company takes Gómez to school and appointments, he wasn't able to enjoy things like going to the park. "Isaiah and his family are looking forward to their first family vacation, and Isaiah is especially looking forward to partaking in one of his favorite activities, going to the movies" Ride-Away stated in a release.
