Abstract

These works are a reminder of the steps that brought us to where we are now and what we may become. They portray the emotional transformation of an individual as they mature with age as well as life experience, illustrating how beautiful and frightening this process can be. The works function similarly to inkblot tests, where the viewer's psyche makes them see what they want to see. These images evoke memories of personal events that are meant to cause the viewer to have a nostalgic emotional experience.
