Abstract
Organizational learning as it is defined in management scholarship literature differs from traditional school psychology literature targeting systems change. Consultation in school psychology is a means for implementing positive school change however new tools are needed for assessing this kind of organizational change. This study evaluates the usefulness of the DLOQ (Dimensions of Learning Organization Questionnaire) using school personnel as respondents. The DLOQ can be used very well in schools and serve as a link between the individual school psychologist consultant and large systems change.
