The agency issued a fi nal rule under TSCA to gather additional test data on 19 chemicals from the manufacturers.
On Jan. 4, 2011, the EPA issued a final rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) requiring manufacturers of 19 high production volume (HPV) chemicals to test the health and environmental effects of the chemicals and submit the data to the agency.
