Ralph's Good Jeans
Ralph Lauren wants to take denim to the next level.
The designer has introduced a luxury denim line, Ralph Lauren Collection Denim, that aims to reinvent the American classic by giving it a more luxurious twist than ever before. And he's doing tops, blouses and shearling outerwear to go with it.
This is really a new statement within our collection, Lauren said during an exclusive preview on Monday. It is Collection denim for the Collection customer. It's not just a few pairs of jeans that we put into our collection. This is a whole concept unto itself.
Ralph Lauren Collection Denim features a soup-to-nuts offering, from jeans to chic clothes that happen to be in denim. They include superskinny jeans, jodhpur jeggings, a denim tuxedo and a tailored trenchcoat in dark black, indigo and distressed denim rinses and treatments like hand-coating to give some pieces a leather feel.
