Abstract

The authors argue that libraries must adapt to the growing mobility of society by focusing on developing "moving libraries". The term 'Moving Library' is a concept where both libraries and libraries services are meant to be self-mobile and which can connect with the mobility of society. The article discusses the requirements for 'moving libraries' of tomorrow, their inventory needs, and their amenity value are discussed. Adapted from the source document.
