Tecnar Automation Ltd. Receives $300,000 in Funding From Government of Canada to Commercialize Innovative Product

SAINT-BRUNO-DE-MONTARVILLE, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Aug. 25, 2011) - Acting on behalf of the Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, Jacques Gourde, Member of Parliament for Lotbiniere-Chutes-de-la-Chaudiere, today announced the awarding of $300,000 in repayable funding to the firm Tecnar Automation Ltd. to implement a commercialization strategy for its high-tech device, the Laser-ultrason (LUT), in the United States, Italy, Japan and China.
