Ageas to buy UK's Kwik-Fit Insurance

Belgian insurer Ageas, formerly known as Fortis SA/NV, said July 2 that it signed an agreement to acquire U.K.-based insurance intermediary Kwik-Fit Insurance Services from PAI Partners for a total of £215 million ($322.5 million), as it continues to expand in the U.K.
