Nevada Heat Treating, Inc. (NHT) was founded in December 2002, when the shareholders of NHT purchased the assets of an existing commercial heat-treating facility. At the time of purchase, the company had fi ve employees, was housed in a 10,000-square-foot facility and had annual revenues of $750,000.
Fast-forward exactly seven years to today ... and NHT has grown to over 40 employees in two facilities totaling more than 60,000 square feet in size with annual revenues surpassing $9 million. NHT is 100% owned by full-time employees of the corporation.
