The Slovakia-based group has launched its first real estate fund, which targets prime CEE assets
This summer, HB Reavis Group, the Slovakia-based real estate developer and investor that is active in central Europe, launched its first real estate fund, HB REAVIS CE REIF.
The group, which already develops, finances, asset-manages and leases, decided to create an investment management business. The euroi6sm vehicle is a Luxembourg-based SICAV-SIF with a core strategy that focuses on prime commercial properties in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary.
The fund is managed through Luxembourg-based HB Reavis Investment Management.
According to director, investment management and capital markets, Peter Granfie: "It's a good time to make this move. It will generate new income, increase market share and it expands our influence over tenants in the region."
