The following organizations provide financial assistance or incentives to small businesses that are expanding in or are relocating to the New York area.
* ACCION USA
Provides loans of up to $50,000 to small business owners who do not qualify for traditional financing. Green business loans are available at reduced interest rates to help businesses make energy-saving investments.

* AUDUBON PARTNERSHIP FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Its Community Business Partners Program assists small businesses and entrepreneurs located in the Northern Manhattan Empowerment Zone with access to financing and technical assistance. Services include business planning, loan packaging, help with government permits and licensing, and computer training. Services are free and offered in English and Spanish.
