Abstract

Research findings indicate increasing harassment, aggression and violence in the workplace. This phenomenon is more frequent than usually imagined and has become a serious social problem whose effects present a danger for millions of workers, for society and for democracies. This analyzes the nature of mobbing or harassment in the workplace, its consequences and prevention. Finally, this paper proposes some lines for future research. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
