Shame on West Virginia's two Republicans in Congress - Reps. Shelley Moore Capito and David McKinley - for opposing symphony, ballet, opera and even comical car mechanics.
In a party-line vote last Thursday, GOP members of the House of Representatives stripped National Public Radio of its tiny portion of federal funding.
