Sabra Lane: To Europe now. Ukraine's offensive may have failed, ground offensive may have failed, but it's sunk several Russian ships in the Black Sea. The attacks have led Vladimir Putin to replace his Navy chief, withdraw his fleet from the Crimean Peninsula & plot a new plan to protect his ships. But the strategy to house them at a naval base in the former Soviet country of Georgia poses a threat to the region, with experts warning it could drag another country into the war. Europe correspondent Kathryn Diss reports from London.
