The attacks have led Vladimir Putin to replace his Navy chief, withdraw his fleet from the Crimean Peninsula & plot a new plan to protect his ships. But the strategy to house them at a naval base in the former Soviet country of Georgia poses a threat to the region, with experts warning it could drag another country into the war.
