This collection is available in two volumes:

Jewish Sheet Music, Volume I (four reels of microfilm and a printed guide) - This collection is from the Vernadsky Library, Kiev, Ukraine, which houses a wealth of Hebrew and Yiddish material collected from the former USSR and other locations in Europe during the 1920s and early 1930s. In 1936, the sheet music was transferred to the folklore division of the newly created Office of Jewish Culture. The microfilm collection includes of folk songs and musical scores--old and rare materials previously unknown in the West--as well as folk classics and liturgical, proletarian, and revolutionary scores. Titles are in transliterated Ukrainian and Yiddish. A hardcopy printout of the complete series also is available.

Jewish Sheet Music, Volume II (four reels of microfilm and a printed guide) - This collection, from the National Library of Russia, St. Petersburg, spans a period from the 1880s to the 1990s. The titles are mostly in Russian and Yiddish; some are in Ukrainian. A hard copy printout of the complete series also is available.
