Abstract

Traditionally, the main and branch three-phase distribution lines are dimensioned by the minimum conductor-material volume method or that of the moments method. The paper introduces a new method of designing the power distribution lines. Its advantage consists in the fact that it is simple and easy to apply. It is based on the superposition method used in solving the three-phase electric circuits. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
