Abstract

Robert F. Murphy on "Determining the Distribution of Probes between Different Subcellular Locations through Automated Unmixing of Subcellular Patterns" in the ISMB Highlights Session Reported by Guilhem Chalancon, MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology Many outstanding talks were given at the ISMB 2010 conference, and the work presented by Dr. Robert F. Murphy during the second day of the conference was certainly one of them. [...]fluorescently labeled proteins often form "mixed patterns" of fluorescence, in which the signal of fluorescence is the result of two or more distinct patterns.
