Abstract
Partindo da hipótese de que o direito, como campo de poder discursivo, atribui valores e imputa diferenças criadoras de hierarquias e assimetrias a corpos sexuados como femininos ou masculinos, problematizou-se os sistemas jurídicos enquanto mecanismos hábeis a produzir e representar sujeitos. O objeto de análise foram os discursos sobre tortura sofridas por mulheres registrados em 252 processos do Superior Tribunal Militar, nas Auditorias Militares, entre os anos de 1964 e 1979. A mediação de poder que se construiu entre os relatos e os registros discursivos nos inquéritos revelou a produção de um discurso jurídico vetorizado, tendente a representar e construir como vítimas as mulheres violadas em suas condições de "honestas" e "cuidadoras".

The object of analysis were the speeches of 252 cases of torture suered by women recorded in the Supreme Military Court, at the military audits, between the years 1964 and 1979. The mediation of power that was built between the accounts and discursive records in inquests revealed the production of a vectored legal discourse that seeks to represent and build as victims women raped in their conditions of honest and caregivers.
