Abstract
Electrocardiograph on admission showed ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) with inferior wall, examination showed cardiogenic shock, noninvasive blood pressure (NIBP) 50/30 mmHg (1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa), and cardiac troponin I positive.
