Abstract
The present article seeks, with transdisciplinary approach, to understand the process of construction of the (dis)trust, in its multipe manifestations, on a business organization, putting in dialogue contributions of Winnicot’s theory and the Conversation Analysis using the approach of Ethnomethodology. It is profoundly emphasized the importance of the environment in the subjective construction and it takes the concept of accountability to its fully extent, to analyse the speech of professionals, generally in an interview situation, within a consultancy on internal communications in a business shifting process. At last it describes the perceptions of the respondents about the communicative experiences that put in evidence the importance of the reinforcement of self-confidence and the damage that lack of mutual trust can cause in the working environment.
