Abstract

This article focuses on the psychological nature of the formation of a confession, the necessity to establish a psychological contact to obtain it during the interrogation of certain categories of defendants. In addition to the psychological contact other tactics, are considered the use of which allows to obtaining truthful confession, including the confession and exposing the crime itself being questioned.
