Abstract

[...]we came up with a modified surgical procedure to fix the mild-to-moderate ptosis, while overcorrection and other complications were rarely observed. [...]blepharoplasty was performed using several separate sutures of the upper eyelid skin. By releasing the adhesion, we diminished the effect of the drag force to make the measurement more accurate. [...]complications such as overcorrection or undercorrection can be avoided.
