Abstract
The environmental treatment consolidation is one of the social changes processes most needed in the last four decades. The environmental dimension should be seen as a culture own element and way of life of communities. This problem generates the need of finding effective solutions by means of the scientific research, which in this context has the objective of elaborating a proposal of actions for environmental management to strengthen the appropriate management of the environment in Amancio municipality rural communities in Cuba, based on a participant diagnosis. The knowledge construction paradigm used was the hermeneutic with a complementary methodological perspective.
