Abstract

[...]generation photo-electrochemical solar cells have advantages such as simple processing, environment-friendliness, low cost, and hence find application in a wide range of fields, including dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) [1,4,5,6,7]. [...]the scattering of light in Zn-doped TiO2 HF is better than that in TiO2 NP, owing to the larger diameter and longer structure than TiO2 [28]. [...]the DSSC with double layer of photonoda with a scattering layer leaded a higher photovoltaic conversion efficiency [30,31]. [...]the double-layer photoanode using the composition 15 μm-5 μm HF NP improved the DSSCs efficiency about 2.41 times higher than that of DSSCs with a conventional TiO2 NP single layer.
