Abstract

Abstract Dolores de Gortázar was a Carlist writer who sustained many unorthodox approaches in relation with her political culture, both in her literary works and in her political articles. In this paper I analyze Gortázar's thought from a gender perspective, focusing on two fundamental elements: on the one hand, I study the way that Gortázar believed should be practice the Catholic religion by the people. [...]I study the ideal virtues that the Carlist writer assigned to both men and women.
