Abstract
In order to timely identify, analyze the health status of an intelligent manufacturing system, an approach based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is proposed. In the method, the random perturbation is divided into several classes and each is subdivided to several events. Then an evaluation model is constructed and it has two-layer criteria system, which can evaluate every perturbation class and the whole system at the same time. The monitoring data is expressed with 10 scales and the evaluation accuracy is more improved. FAHP is used to calculate the criteria weights. Finally, the proposed method is detailed illustrated by an example, and the method is verified.
